Gwinn board meets tonight

GWINN – The Gwinn Area Community Schools Board of Education will discuss the purchase of an elementary math curriculum, bids for bakery and dairy needs and hot lunch prices for Gwinn High School during its regular meeting tonight.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 tonight inside the high school library.

Also on the agenda are changes to the student handbook, the designation of delegates and alternates to the Michigan Association of School Boards Delegate Assembly, a request for property easement and the approval of GACS classes offered for credit/state aid.

The board will also hear an update on bus purchases and the custodial contract.

The board is scheduled to go into executive session at the end of the meeting for a personnel matter.
