Erickson Center’s July lineup
MARQUETTE -The Erickson Center for the Arts in Curtis has recently added more classes to its summer and fall schedule. Classes, ranging from Art Appreciation to Yoga, are open to the public.
In the month of July, ECA guests can participate in a yoga class or a Zentangle art class. Zentangle is an art form in which tangles or patterns are made up of hand drawn lines and are combined to form Zentangles. Participants will create a Zentangle star.
Some other classes that will be offered in the months of August and September include an Adult Art Appreciation Class; participants will have the opportunity to explore watercolor, oil, pastel and acrylic mediums. The ECA featured artist, Renee Michaud, will also be instructing a Mini-Collage Class and Silk Dying Scarves Class.
