– 12:51 p.m., female appears to be under the influence of something; unable to locate, 1100 block of W. Washington Street

– 4:30 a.m., caller reports a young male subject was in his vehicle, took off in unknown direction, subject was wearing a ball cap; area checked, unable to locate subject, complainant did not want contact, 900 block of Division Street
