Ayotte sparks win for UP Home Health

In Class A, U.P. Home Health ripped Jubilee Foods, 33-12, behind a 5-for-5 plate performance – including an over-the-fence homer – by Amy Ayotte. Teammate Molly Wales added a pair of over-the-fence circuit clouts.

For Jubilee, Susie Rice posted three hits, including a double.

Sam Zamesnik went 5-for-6 with two homers and Charissa Johnson chipped in a round tripper as U.P. Off Road & Performance cruised to a 29-13 triumph over Sister’s.

Kelly Hebert collected three safeties for the losers.

Venice I smacked Martin Sports Apparel I, 22-2, as Amy Steele and Steph Robar both produced four hits.

Carla Honkala belted a home run for Martin.

Connie Kontio (four) and Becky Moyle (three) combined for seven hits as Rookie’s Too/Quality Car Care routed Jasper Ridge I, 25-5.

Taylor Watters and Mindy Nardi both turned in three hits for Jasper Ridge.

Buck’s Party Store clobbered Crossfit 906, 22-1, as Abby Watters and Libby Nelson both rapped out four hits.

In Class B, Jack’s TeePee nipped Cliffs Natural Resources, 14-13, with Shari Mahoski recording five hits and Lindsey Thompson three (triple).

Nikki Schultz blasted two home runs for Cliffs.

Katie Rankinen smacked three homers and Chelsea Roberts hit a four-bagger of her own as Fox Negaunee outlasted Dave’s Collision, 22-18.

Mel Bess and Lisa Carlson produced three hits each for Dave’s.

Pasquali’s edged Signs Unlimited, 8-7, as Frannie Kelly turned in three hits and Traci Marra two. For Signs Unlimited, Lauri LaBar and Jess Koski hit triples.

Chelsea Perkuhl added a home run and a triple to her four-hit total and Diana Sundberg hit a home run as Jasper Ridge II whipped Paradise, 24-1.

Heather Nelson and Lori Nelson turned in two hits apiece for Paradise.

Hickey’s dumped Red Rock Lanes, 19-4, as Rachel Gray and Judy Morcom came up with four hits each.

Cassidee Kudis (double) and Brooke LeClaire totaled two hits each for Red Rock.

In Class C, Xccelerated Fitness bounced Creative Industries, 22-16, behind four hits (two doubles) and five RBIs from Anna Drew. Elissa Beacco added four hits (two doubles) and three RBIs.

For the losers, Ashley Talus hit two homers and a triple to knock in nine runs, while teammate Carley Maki posted four hits (two doubles) and plated three runs.

Sue Bazzinette, Mically Carlson and Sam Koski all had four hits as the Eagles downed Palomaki Family Chiropractic, 29-15. Mary Aho and Kathy Gischia turned in four hits each for Palomaki.

Chapper’s tripped Rookie’s, 8-7, behind three hits (triple) Joanna Smail and two hits each by Veronica Stone (two homers), Thalicia Gray (triple), Tayler Gray (double) and Christine Larson.

Ally Solander went 3-for-4 with a double and a triple for Rookie’s.

Brooke Bleckler (triple), Monica Cox (double), Becky Grove and Terri Willey all collected two hits as Willey’s tire Shop edged Venice II, 11-10.

For Venice, Sue Luokkala went 4-f-r-4 and Lilly Kurian added three safeties (two doubles).

U.P. Fabricating toppled Wooden Nickel, 9-8, as Val Prusi recorded three hits. Patty Stevens and Kathy Zyble hit triples for Wooden Nickel.

Taryn Moyle hit a double, triple and a grand slam to lead Martin Sports Apparel II to a 21-17 triumph over Eastwood. Teammate Kara Harrington added three hits, including a home run.

Chelsea Hewitt (triple) and Lisa Bressette (double) both had four hits for Eastwood.
