Range Bank picks directors; group selected for 2014
Range Bank elects directors
MARQUETTE – Range Financial Corporation held its annual meeting of shareholders May 20 and announced the election of its new directors.
Elected to three-year terms were: Peter W. Frazier, chairman of FRACO, Inc; Anita A. Johns of Holiday Travel Vacations; Allan L. Koskey, retired from the Koskey Funeral Home; Paul R. Symons as president of Symons Hardware; and Stephen D. Vairo, president of Calumet Electronics Corp.
Another director was elected to a two-year term as Anthony P. Locatelli, co-owner of Locatellis Construction Co. received a director’s seat.
One year electees were: Janet R. Kuru, retired CEO of Range Bank – Copper Country, and Bruce A. Rukkila, CPA, Principle, Rukkila Negro and Associates, Certified Public Accountants.
Other directors chosen to represent the corporation were Anthony N. Kroncich, Dr. Peter A. LaFreniere, John F. Marshall, Kenneth A. Palmer, Dr. John F. Pillote, Karl A. Weber and William C. Verrette.
Officers of the Corporation for 2014 are Kenneth A. Palmer, chairman, president and chief executive officer; Roxanne M. Daust, vice president; John C. Frost, treasurer; John W. Lenten, secretary and Linda M. Turri, assistant secretary.
