Local SERA Chapter set to meet
MARQUETTE – Lake Superior Chapter of SERA will meet at noon May 21 for a spring luncheon at the Holiday Inn, Marquette.
Major presenters at the session are Erin Swadley of Mill Creed Luxury Assisted Living who will discuss senior living arrangements for those with needs and Jim Iwanaki, engineer manager of the Marquette County Road Commission and Dave Hall, chair of the commission, addressing issues with mine traffic and County Road 595.
All retired State of Michigan employees are welcome to attend the luncheon and meeting.
Cost of the lunch is $13. When making a registration please state your meal choice. All entrees include a crisp garden salad, chef’s choice of starch and vegetable, house baked rolls with butter, house dessert and coffee, tea or soda.
Menu Choices are baked salmon with roasted redskin potatoes, lemon wedge and tartar sauce on the side.
