‘The Private Life of Deer’ screened

SENEY – The film “The Private Life of Deer” will be shown at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Visitor Center Auditorium of Seney National Wildlife Refuge in Seney.

From kitchen windows, people spot them, nibbling away at gardens and shrubs, but once they retreat from view, where do whitetail deer go? Scientists outfit deer with night vision cameras and GPS tracking equipment that reveal the hidden world of whitetail deer in a whole new light, allowing people to see them not as common backyard creatures, but as intelligent, affectionate family members.

Hot chocolate, coffee, tea and cookies will be provided. Please bring a mug.
