Poker run fundraiser to aid BBBS

MARQUETTE – The Marquette Chapter of the Warthogs Motorcycle Club will sponsor its inaugural Poker Run and fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters beginning with registration from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Sept. 7 at Bald Eagle Harley-Davidson in Marquette. Bikes will leave after the bike blessing.

Cost is $25 per rider and $10 per passenger. The run will end at the Marquette Commons in downtown Marquette, and be followed with food and refreshments from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Winners will be announced at 5 p.m., with a 50/50 raffle at 5:30 p.m., plus door prizes. All proceeds will benefit the Big Brothers Big Sisters program of Marquette County. The Warthogs Motorcycle Club members are law enforcement officers, firefighters, correctional officers and officers of the court.
