In Class A play from Aug. 7, Jasper Ridge Brewery I got five hits from Lisa Walter in a 17-14 win over Cliffs Natural Resources. Randi Boule’ went 3-for-4 with a grand slam for Cliffs.

Jayda Johnson collected two hits and Bethy Williams added a double as IRACORE trimmed PC Medic, 6-3. Elyss Gregrausch (triple) and Eryn Hallum posted two hits apiece for PC Medic.

Buck’s Party Store drubbed Fox Negaunee, 21-2, as Debby Zummak and Shannon Clemo each went 4-for-4. Katie Rankinen blasted a homer for Fox Negaunee.

Hickey’s outlasted Sister’s, 26-17; Jubilee Foods tripped Venice, 8-6; and Jubilee also dropped Hickey’s, 18-11.

Molly Wales (two), Megan Reilly and Amy Ayotte all hit home runs over the fence to power PC Medic to a 23-7 triumph over Sister’s in a make-up game.

Anna Dompierre (three) and Ashley Nylander (two) combined for five hits for Sister’s.

In Class B, Rookie’s Too/Quality Car Care won by forfeit over UP Off Road & Performance; and Pasquali’s stopped Crossfit 906, 12-9, with all 12 of its runs coming in the fifth inning.

Cheryl Oliver slammed a double and a triple for Pasquali’s; Kim Koski and Katie Richer slugged homers for Crossfit 906.

Jasper Ridge Brewery II dumped Tino’s II, 21-11, behind Liz Valela – who hit for the cycle – and a double and a triple by Briana Bancroft.

For Tino’s II, Taryn Moyle belted a homer and Josey Moyle added a triple.

Becca LaChapelle went 3-for-3 with a double as Signs Unlimited toppled Dave’s Collision, 15-11, though Melanee Bess recorded four hits for Dave’s.

Hair Hiatus got four hits apiece from Thalicia Gray (double, homer) and Joanna Smail in a 19-11 victory over VFW.

Wendi Annala and Shana Caliguri each added three hits – including a triple – for the winners.

For VFW, Amy Young went 4-for-4 with two doubles, while Heather Luokkala chipped in three hits.

Shari Mahoski collected four hits and Gabby Croley added a homer as Jack’s TeePee bounced Paradise Bar, 18-13. For the losers, Heather Nelson, Lori Nelson and Sarah Kroon all rapped out three hits.

In a make-up contest, Crossfit 906 won a forfeit over Rookie’s Too/Quality Car Care.

In Class C, Eastwood shaded UP Fabricating, 4-2, as Taryn Gleason and Sandy Gervae turned in three hits apiece. Tammy Johnson fanned six for UP Fabricating.

Jordan Wixtrom went 5-for-5 with a homer as Country Lanes clubbed Willey’s Tire Shop, 17-4. Krystal Heikkinen hit a double for Willey’s.

Martin Sports Apparel got two hits apiece from Tor Powelson (double triple) and Macey Mahoski (homer) in a 15-0 blanking of Tru North Credit Union. Becky Grove had two hits for Tru North.

Abby Walimaa slugged a homer to lead Rookie’s I to an 11-10 win over Wooden Nickel. Zyna Zyble and Sydney Higgins each went 3-for-3 for Wooden Nickel.

Amy Bazinette had three hits, and Amber Nault (double) and Joy Prisk (double) two each to support hurler Sue Bazinette as the Negaunee Eagles downed Palomaki Family Chiropractic, 10-2.

Kathy Gischia posted three hits and Jen Flynn two (double) for Palomaki.

Eastwood blanked Willey’s, 17-0, in a make-up game behind doubles by Stacie Vahamaa and Carolyn Trewnick.
