NMU receives dining services awards

NMU Dining Services received two awards from the National Association of College and University Food Services, including for its “PigStock” themed dinner in the special events category among medium-sized institutions in the 2013 NACUFS Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards competition. NMU also received a bronze in the 2013 NACUFS Sustainability Awards competition, which includes six categories honoring universities that have successfully engaged in sustainable practices without sacrificing profits or guest satisfaction.
