History center offers ‘lost buildings’
MARQUETTE – The Marquette Regional History Center is bringing lost buildings back to life as a way to raise money for the capital campaign Friday at the Marquette Regional History Center. MRHC Board President Jim Koski (Q107) and photographer Jack Deo (Superior View) will team up to share pictures and stories of Marquette’s lost buildings, ranging from churches and schools to magnificent architecture.
Dia de Los Tacos mobile food truck will be available. Tickets cost $10 per person in advance, $12 at the door. Attendees should bring their own seating. The lawn opens at 9:30 p.m. and the show begins at 10 a.m. In the case of inclement weather the program will be held indoors. The event is sponsored by VAST.
