Library to screen ‘Life of Pi’

MARQUETTE – Summer Cinema presents a screening of “Life of Pi” at 5:30 p.m. July 11 in the Peter White Public Library Community Room.

Based on the novel by Yann Martel, “Life of Pi” is the story of a young man who survives a disaster at sea and is hurtled into an epic journey of adventure and discovery. While cast away, he forms an unexpected connection with another survivor: a fearsome Bengal tiger. The film is rated PG and runs for 127 minutes.

The public may bring a takeout supper and enjoy a recently released feature film in a dinner theater setting.
