In Junior League action, Jubilee defeated the Superior Iron Range Credit Union, 13-1.

Raija Stille went 3-for-3, and Kassy Sharon and Tia Maki scored three runs each, for the winners.

Peninsula Bank blanked Cliff’s Natural Resources, 28-0, as Kaeleigh Talbacka hit three home runs.

Brylea Ranta added a home run and Haleigh Johnson hit two triples to back winning pitcher Madison Pruett.

For Cliffs, Amanda Jo Tilly and Chantel Woodbridge recorded hits.

Globe Printing thumped Superior Iron Range Credit Union, 35-0. For Globe, Anna Chipman hit two homers, while Briana Vickstrom and Sierra Ellet each added a circuit clout.

For SIR, Kaelyn Amis, Maria Johnson, Kina Salmela and Alexa Wills all reached base.

Pen Bank topped the Elks Lodge, 17-1 behind home runs by Talbacka, Pruett, Ranta, Meghan Johnson and Eliie Mashburn.

For the Elks, Megan Kjellman slammed a triple and scored, while Myah McNab and Kalysta Vorase added hits.

Globe Printing shelled Meyer Vision, 29-3. For Globe, Haley Mattila went 3-for-3, including a pair of three run homers. Teammate Holly Luokkala reached base three times with two homers and Brianna Vickstrom went 4-for-4 with a round tripper.

For Meyer, Alana Nuorala, Maija Homola and Julie Johnson all went 2-for-2.

The Elks beat Martin Sportswear, 17-2. Rylee Harris went 4-for-4 for Martin and Emily Quayle recorded three RBI.
