Anxiety topic for talk

MARQUETTE – In recognition of May as Mental Health Awareness month, Dr. Tyanne Dosh, a psychiatrist with Marquette General Behavioral Health, will discuss anxiety from noon to 1 p.m. May 28 at the Peter White Public Library in the Community room on the lower level of the library.

Dosh will explain effective therapies for anxiety disorders that are available and research that is uncovering new treatments to help most people with anxiety disorders lead productive, fulfilling lives.

Attendees are invited to bring their own lunch or buy from the library cafe. There is no admission charge and no pre-registration is required.

This presentation is part of Your Mind Matters, a community dialog on mental health issues sponsored by a coalition of community groups and the Peter White Public Library.
