Brook trout seminar at NMU

MARQUETTE – The Northern Michigan University Biology Department will offer a biology seminar at 10 a.m. Monday in Mead Auditorium. Graduate student Chris Gagnon will present “Overwintering of brook trout (salvelinus fontinalis) in Sevenmile Creek, Lake Superior, Michigan, USA,” which describes the process and challenges of brook trout living though the harsh Upper Peninsula winter. This free event is open to the public.
