Albright retires from UPDDA

MARQUETTE?- Gail Albright retired in December from Upper Peninsula Digestive Disease Associates, after a long career working in various offices throughout Marquette.

Albright started her working career in 1962 as a waitress for Donckers cafe. After leaving there, she worked as a secretary/clerk for Ernst & Ernst, J.C. Pennys and the Michigan Bell Telephone Company.

In 1978, Albright made a transition to medical office work. From 1978-1988 she was a receptionist for Dr. Barbara Lyons, M.D. In 1988, she went into medical billing for Drs. Coyne, Eiben & Vermeulen and in 1993, for U.P. Medical Management. In 1998, Albright made her final move to the Superior Endoscopy Center, working for Upper Peninsula Digestive Disease Associates as the front office manager. Albright plans to spend her well earned retirement by volunteering her time between Pak Ratz and Divine Consign resale shops and enjoying her camp on Crooked Lake.
